Miley Cyrus is the subject of yet another racy photo scandal.

The new photo shows Cyrus 15, and her boyfriend, Marshall, 22, lying in bed

The pictures are just the latest in a string of leaked photos which have fans wondering, what’s going on with the young entertainer — and where are her parents?

Just a few months ago, Cyrus posed topless for a a vanity Fair photo shoot which caused controversy around the world.

The young star has also been photographed locking lips with a female friend and pulling up her shirt to reveal her stomach and bra.

Cyrus isn’t the first Disney star to find herself in the middle of a photo scandal. Last fall, ‘Hight School Musical’ star Vanessa Hudgens took nude photos of herself for her boyfriend Zack Efron. The photos were leaked online and both Hudgens and Disney faced a massive backlash.

According to People magazine, Miley Cyrus earned an estimated $18.3-million in 2007.
